Good idea, but it needs some refinement. My eye keeps getting drawn to the "emergency" sign instead of the text or image. I think the photography needs to be more engaging in general. I like the boy's expression, but I feel like something more needs to be going on. If you update it, I'd like to see it ^^

You could have the boy be a little banged up like he was riding in the car with his dad. That could explain why he's shirtless.
